Coronavirus (COVID-19) arrangements

Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7

In line with government advice in these exceptional circumstances, all services at Airdrie Baptist Church have been cancelled until further notice.

We have put in place the following arrangements to support our members and friends during this time.

We will post updates with more information as it becomes available.

Online services

We've been invited by our former Pastor, Brian More, to join with Newton Mearns Baptist Church on Sunday mornings. They are streaming services at 10am each week.

They also have resources for young people to complete during the service. Please contact us if you'd like to receive these.

Church meetings

We also have regular online meetings each week using Zoom.

They are all password protected. This is available on request by emailing

Bible Study

We are running an online Bible Study from Sunday 28 June at 6.30pm.

Email for the details.

Email for the details.

Shared prayer time

Join us every Wednesday from 7.30 - 8pm for a time of congregational prayer.

Meeting ID: 286 306 459

Pastoral care

Please stay in touch with any needs, concerns or questions for yourself or others at

Please let us know if there's anything we can do like help with delivering shopping, collecting prescriptions or other important errands. We are here to help.

We recognise that many of our members contribute financially using the collection bags during Sunday services. Setting up a Standing Order from your account or setting up payments online or over the phone will help us carry on financially during this time.

BUS prayer stream

The Baptist Union of Scotland will be hosting a prayer livestream every Sunday night at 7pm on their Facebook page.

Airdrie Foodbank moved

During our period of closure Airdrie Foodbank will be based at Cairnlea Parish Church (next door to us).

Access will be through the Hallcraig Street entrance.

We’re a living and active church with people of all ages and from all walks of life.

Our mission is to be a Christ centred community of believers reaching each generation of Airdrie with the love of Jesus, sharing His Good News and equipping Christians to live and serve in the world today.

We have lots going on at the church so have a look around the site to find out more about us and what we’re doing.
