Childrens' Work

We have a number of activities during the week and on Sundays for children from birth right up to secondary school age.  Our church operates a Child Protection Policy in association with the Baptist Union of Scotland and all church members who work with children are subject to a full Disclosure Scotland check.

Creche

During every Sunday morning service we have a team of volunteers running a creche for babies and children up to the age of 4.  With crafts and other activities your children will be entertained allowing you to relax in the church service.

kids @ abc

A lively, fun-filled time for all children aged from 4 to Primary 7 age.  As well as the fun there is a time of structured learning using bible based material.   Each year we have a summer outing - this year it was to Edinburgh Zoo.  The kids also take part in special family services at Christmas and Easter amongst others.

AWANA

Thursday evenings from 7.00pm to 8.30pm - all children from P1 - P7 welcome.  Find out more here.

ChoC4Kidz

As part of the Church's vision to plant a church in the village of Chapelhall a Childrens' club runs in Chapelhall Primary School each Sunday afternoon during school term.  The club is well attended and enjoyed by the children.   You can see some pictures here.

Over the past few years we have run a summer mission during the school holidays.  A mission runs in the Airdrie Church and another in Chapelhall School.  These have been wonderful times with 100+ children attending.  Check out the news page next year for future events.
